"Developmentally Delayed" Child or Vision Problems?

The following article talks about a child that was diagnosed with "unspecified delays" when she was 9 months old because she could not maintain eye contact or didn't grab for toys.  It turns out that she was a genius with an IQ of 159, one point below Stephen Hawking's!  She just needed glasses and some vision therapy in order to take care of some vision problems.  After that, she took an intelligence test and is now the youngest member of the high IQ Society Mensa at 2 years old.  Check it out!
